A student from our school Ishan Agarwal participated in the Japan East-Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths held in the  month of May’08. JENESYS was an exchange program announced by Mr. Shinzo Abe, the Prime Minister of Japan, in the second East  Asia summit held on January 2007 so as to deepen mutual understanding between the youths of Japan and other East-Asian countries,  which are the members of the EAS like Australia , India , the Republic of Korea , China , etc. It basically aimed at establishing a basis of Asia’s stalwart solidarity through interaction with the Japanese. The program was fully sponsored by the Japanese government.
