Head Of Department  -  __________________________

Aims and Objectives

Biology means the study of life. We aim to give the students such knowledge

and values which leads to respect of all living things, enable the students to

understand the origin and evolution of life, and awaken them to ethical issues

related to application of biological science.

We give the students the opportunity to explore, describe and analyze

phenomena in the world around them, through field trips, nature walk etc

We encourage rational/scientific attitude to issues related to population,

environment and development.
